Refunds are applicable only if the service has not been initiated after payment. Once the verification process has started, no refunds will be provided.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users can request cancellation only before the verification process begins. Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- If the report has been delivered
- If the verification process has already started
- If incorrect information was provided by the user
4. Processing Time
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
